Loqal Space (“we”, “us”) operates a marketplace connecting hosts with people looking to book hosted spaces. We are not the host of any space and we do not own the listings on our platform.

You must be 18 or over to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.

When you request a booking you make an offer to the host. Payment is captured once the host confirms. Total charges include the listing price plus any cleaning fee, deposit or platform service fee shown at checkout.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the start date receive a full refund of the booking total (excluding non-refundable fees, where stated). Later cancellations may be partially refunded at the host's discretion.

Guests agree to follow each host's house rules. Hosts agree to provide spaces as described in their listing. Repeated violations may result in account suspension.

To the extent permitted by law, Loqal Space's liability is limited to the value of the affected booking. We are not liable for personal injury, loss or damage caused by hosts, guests or third parties.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
